From UWL Graduate to Founder of Merx Marketing
The University of West London Alumni network continues to inspire success stories, and few embody this more than Daniel Nikolla. Daniel graduated from the University of West London (UWL) in 2018 with a BA in Film Production before going on to work for Hardy Signs and then start his own agency Merx Marketing, a creative agency delivering strategic marketing, branding and filming services for brands, events, and campaigns across the UK.
The skills Daniel developed during his studies underpin the quality of our creative output, from impactful video storytelling to high-end brand photography. This strong foundation continues to influence how Merx delivers content that resonates with audiences.

Held in one of the UK’s most historic and influential venues, the gathering was a proud moment for Daniel and the Merx team, reinforcing our strong connection to the UWL community and its mission to nurture excellence.
